Tom Rynkowski
Business Architect
I'm a business architect, advisor, and lifelong artist (ask me about how I learned that drawing could help me communicate better than using words).
Way back in 2009, partnering with IBM, I started managing the business architecture for the world's largest marketing program, the Intel Inside Program. Eventually, I moved on to other business groups to apply and share all that I had learned with teams in need of transformation.
I began to work with teams in IT, sales, supply chain, and software development. Things really got interesting when I landed in HR, where I was responsible for the business architecture and processes for all the HR services in a company generating over $50 billion in annual revenue.
In HR, I delved into what it takes to run a business that services over 120k "customers" becoming obsessed with what makes an enterprise capability truly successful. Hours of planning and execution revealed the patterns for delivering successful digital transformations and building high-performing teams.
By right-sizing the principles around business architecture, I was able to get the most juice from the orange. Nowadays, I work with business leaders and owners who are looking to take the next step in growing their businesses.
I've developed a proven, streamlined framework for creating business architectures that not only bring clarity to how a business works but also drive sales, engagement, and profit. This experience, built on countless projects and successful outcomes, has honed my expertise in crafting business architectures that genuinely work for any business.
