Background
SAYU is a creative powerhouse that is dedicated to the success of product owners and entrepreneurs worldwide. It was established by it's Art Director Alan Pham who specializes in building beautiful websites that match the creativity and design flare of the product owner. You can see that from the examples below, it's a high bar to meet!
In the first interviews with Alan and his team it became clear that there was a passion for meeting customer needs and excelling in design innovation and creativity. The name of the company SAYU stands for Say All About You and reflects the customer focus that the team have in supporting their clients achieve their dream by launching beautiful products to market.
There was already a presence on partner directories shopify and webflow but a concerted effort was needed to formalize their brand pillars and an identity that could be reflected to customers making a decision in an every increasing competitive market.
A comprehensive business architecture presented an ideal opportunity to give SAYU the momentum and direction they needed to build on their success, gain a competitive edge and drive internal efficiencies.
During the assessment phase of the engagement we built out the artifacts that would help SAYU identify a target operating model, define the customer engagement strategy and capture the business capabilities.
All of these artifacts were baked into a robust roadmap that has prioritized the work items to get SAYU to the next level of business performance.
